Ensure a smooth transition from pre-construction to delivery teams.  Handover to Delivery   Produce comprehensive pre-construction handover documentation. Manage multiple contracts under NEC3/4, JCT, and bespoke agreements. Measurement and valuation of works for applications, variations, and final accounts. Identify and notify Early Warnings and Compensation Events. Prepare cash flow forecasts and manage CVRs. Chair monthly project reviews and attend client progress meetings. Manage invoicing, debt recovery, and dispute resolution. Supply chain management and continuous improvement initiatives. Support development of the wider commercial team. What We're Looking For: Previous experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or similar role. Strong commercial performance management experience. In-depth knowledge of NEC3/4 contracts and practical application. Civil engineering and construction experience (desirable). Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline (or HNC with relevant experience). Advanced MS Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables).
