M&E Buyer - London

We are currently seeking an experienced M&E Buyer to support a large-scale Facilities Management company here in London. This role is ideal for a commercially astute procurement professional with a strong background in Mechanical & Electrical packages within construction or FM environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Procure Mechanical & Electrical materials, plant, and subcontract packages in line with project requirements

• Manage supplier sourcing, negotiations, and contract awards

• Ensure best value procurement while maintaining quality and compliance standards

• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and commercial teams

• Monitor budgets, lead times, and delivery schedules

• Maintain accurate procurement records and reporting

• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as an M&E Buyer within Facilities Management, construction, or building services

• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and supply chains

• Excellent negotiation and commercial skills

• Ability to manage multiple packages in a fast-paced project environment

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Proficient in procurement systems and MS Office

• London-based or able to commute regularly
