Yard Operative / Labourer

Redstone Recruitment are looking for a yard person, able to do some ad-hoc labouring during quiet times, to work at the yard for a busy construction company.

DUTIES:

• Loading and unloading deliveries at the yard.
• Ensuring items are stored on site correctly and in an orderly fashion.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the yard.
• Delivering materials to sites as required across the region.
• Assisting small sites with labouring as required alongside the Area Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Full Clean Driving License
• Must be over 25 years of age (for vehicle insurance purposes)
• Ability to move and lift heavy materials
• Proficient using IT for stock maintenance and location
• Fork Life Licence (desirable, but can be trained by the company)
• CSCS (desirable, but not essential)
• Ability to work efficiently without supervision
