Job Description

Customer Care Manager - Milton Keynes - Permanent - 50,000 - 55,000

Introduction & Role

We are currently representing a House Builder, who are seeking a Customer Care Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

The position is site based covering a brand new development!

Day to day

  • Carry out home demonstrations and handovers with the customer
  • Carry out 14 days meetings with customers to go through any initial snags or issues that arise.
  • Carry out inspections throughout the warranty period regarding any defects or issues that arise.
  • Liaise with contractors to carry out works or inspect issues.
  • Carry out pre-quality inspections on properties prior to handovers.
  • Support the office team day to day

Key Skills required

  • Previous experience within a Customer Service Manager or Customer Relations Manager role in the new homes industry.
  • Excellent communication and customer facing skills
  • Excellent report and email writing skills and proficient with IT.
