Housing OfficerOkehampton3 month contract37 hours per week£20 per hour PAYE, £26 UmbrellaAn excellent opportunity for n experienced Housing or Neighbourhoods Officer to join a well-respected Housing Association based in rural DevonYou will be delivering the front line customer service, responding to tenancy enquiries, managing community standards and addressing tenancy breaches. Duties will include:

• • Conducting tenancy sign-ups, viewings and ensuring compliance with tenancy agreements.
  • Managing cases of tenancy breaches, including the Safeguarding of customers.
  • Overseeing estate standards and service contract to ensure value for money and a high-quality living environment.
  • Leading the delivery of vibrant resident engagement and supporting community development objectives within the geographical patch to support tenancy and neighbourhood sustainability
