We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a National Contractor, who are looking for an Operations Manager based in Devon.

We are working with a leading national contractor operating within the social housing repairs & maintenance sector, to recruit a Contracts Manager overseeing planned works contracts. This role is based in the Bristol area.

The Contracts/ Branch Manager will oversee teams delivering planned maintenance programs including kitchen and bathroom refurbs, passive fire, decarbonisation/retrofit, electrical, legal disrepair and voids contracts for housing associations, ALMOs, and local councils.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and driven Contracts Manager with a determined and motivated attitude. You will be instrumental in managing the contracts and leading a team of Site Manager's, Resident Liaison Officers, and subcontractors.

Contracts/ Branch Manager Key Skills/Requirements:
• Ensure the delivery of the projects within the budget and time scales specified
• Experience as a Contracts Manager delivering social housing / planned maintenance projects
• Focus on motivation of the workforce to deliver on time and to budget
• Focus on quality, customer service and deliver
• Driving profitability of the contract to include pricing and delivering of extra works
• Client and tenant satisfaction
• Process Management
• Management of the customer
• Have an understanding of the financials on the contract
• SMSTS
