A growing and well-established consultancy is looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Managing Quantity Surveyor to support an established client delivering key Water Infrastructure projects under NEC forms of contract.

The Role:You will be responsible for providing full commercial support across a portfolio of Water Infrastructure projects, ensuring strong cost control, contractual compliance and commercial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
Commercial management of projects under NEC forms of contract.
Cost management, forecasting and reporting.
Contract administration and change control.
Managing subcontractor accounts and applications for payment.
Supporting project delivery teams with commercial and contractual advice.
Producing accurate financial reports for senior stakeholders.
Contributing to continuous improvement and best practice across the business.
Experience working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Managing Quantity Surveyor within infrastructure or utilities.
Strong knowledge and experience of NEC contracts.
Background from either a contractor, consultancy or client-side environment will be considered.
Water or utilities sector experience is preferred, however candidates from wider infrastructure backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Particularly interested in candidates with experience on the Virgin Media telecoms contract.
Open to candidates from highways, rail, energy and civil engineering backgrounds.
Permanent career history with good stability in previous roles is important for this position.
