Contracts Manager

I am recruiting for Contract Managers to join a client of mine based in Portsmouth, they are a privately owned regional contractor with projects that vary in value up to 5m.

This company has a great reputation and pipeline of work.

Requirements:

• HNC or Degree in Construction Management
• Experience overseeing multiple projects at the same time
• Confident IT skills, proficient in the use of MS Office
• Excellent Communication skills both written and verbally
• Background working for a main contractor and a proven track record of delivering projects from start to completion

Responsibilities:

• Reporting into the Operations Manager
• This is a roaming role, therefore you will be covering 2-3 projects at once
• Oversee work from the start through to completion
• Ensure that work is completed on time and within budget

Benefits:

• Salary up to 65,000
• Car allowance or company car
