What You'll Be Doing:
- Take ownership of procurement activities across Facilities Management, Capex & Construction.
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans aligned with ambitious project timelines.
- Manage supplier relationships, lead negotiations, and deliver value-driven contracts.
- Ensure compliance with governance and risk management standards.
- Be hands on on site, collaborating with project teams, operations, and finance to deliver successful outcomes.
Who We're Looking For:
- Experienced in Facilities Management, Capex, or Construction procurement projects.
- Comfortable managing multi-million-pound spend portfolios.
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen.
- MCIPS / CIPS qualified or equivalent is desirable.
- Available Immediately or at Short Notice.
