Plumber

TradeTech Recruitment are recruiting a Plumber for station toilet refurbishment works.

Location: Lancaster (with further stations at Oxenholme & Wigan)
Start: 2nd February
Duration: Approx. 3 months
Hours: Day shifts
Rate: £24.50 per hour (CIS)
Scope of Works

• Second-fix plumbing works to mostly existing pipework within toilets
• Basic pipework amendments to hot and cold feeds and wastes
• Installation of sinks, taps and toilets (largely flexi connections to existing services)
• Installation of new intake and extract ducting for toilet ventilation as part of the refurbishment works

This is refurbishment-based plumbing, not new-build and not heavy HVAC.
Requirements

• CSCS Card - Blue
• Refurbishment experience - essential
• Comfortable working on existing services in live environments
• Rail / station or public-facing site experience preferred
