CSCS Skilled Operative

TradeTech Recruitment are recruiting Skilled Operatives for station toilet refurbishment projects.

Location: Lancaster (with further stations at Oxenholme & Wigan)
Start: 2nd February
Duration: Approx. 3 months
Hours: Day shifts
Rate: £21.00 per hour (CIS)

Role Overview

• Supporting trades including plumbers, electricians and carpenters
• Assisting with finishing works, fixing, boxing, panels and making good
• Supporting snagging and handover works
• Working cleanly in live, public-facing environments

Requirements

• Valid CSCS Card
• Refurbishment experience - essential
• Background in finishing on refurbishment projects
• Rail / station or live site experience preferred
