Multi Trade Operative

We are on the lookout for Multi Traders to assist our valued client on a Social Housing Project in Reading.

This is a large social housing contract that will be running for around 4 years, with the different properties having different requirements on them, they are void properties.

The Multi Traders for this contract will need to have experience in Painting, Plastering, Plumbing and Carpentry.

• The Painting will be general painting of properties, so could be walls, doors, frames etc
• The plastering will just be general plastering, skimming, snagging etc
• The Carpentry will mainly be fitting doors and skirting, but can also be varied by property and go up to fitting pre-fabricated kitchens.
• The plumbing works will mainly be basic plumbing works and repairs, but similar to carpentry could vary up to fitting Bathrooms in some properties.

CSCS and Asbestos awareness is essential for this role, and either a plumbing or carpentry qualification would be preferred.

Rate is negotiable based off experience.
