Role: Roofing Contracts Manager
Location: Romford, Essex with sites in London
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 (DOE)

Our client a specialist roofing contractor seeking an experienced Roofing Contracts Manager to oversee multiple roofing projects from award to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard working with tier 1 and tier 2 main contractors on commercial & residential projects throughout the London region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple roofing contracts and site teams
• Plan programmes, labour, materials, and subcontractors
• Monitor progress, costs, and quality across projects
• Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
• Manage variations, valuations, and final accounts
• Carry out site visits, inspections, and defect management

Requirements

• Proven experience in a roofing or construction contracts management role
• Conversant with MS Office packages / MS Project or similar.
• Strong technical knowledge of roofing systems
• Good commercial and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and leadership ability
• SMSTS and CSCS (preferred)
• Full UK driving licence
