Contracts Manager / Project Manager

PERMANENT OPPORTUNITY FOR A CONTRACTS/PROJECT MANAGER IN NORFOLK

Core Recruiter are recruiting for a Contracts/Project Manager to join a reputable civils contractor based in Norfolk.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading business, who have strong growth plans in the region over the forthcoming months.

In this role, you will oversee multiple projects at the same time, managing project managers, site managers and supervisors, ensuring deadlines are met across the board.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Site Manager within Groundworks for private housing.
• Strong groundworks knowledge.
• Experience working with high volume housebuilders.
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple plots/phases simultaneously.
• Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving ability.
