Requirements/Qualifications
- CSCS Card
- SMSTS
- 1st Aid
- Proven Residential (inc Housing Association) site management experience
- Two working references
Job Duties
- Assisting with the day to day running of the site
- Enforce all workplace policies and procedures
- Track and monitors project progress, adhering to prearranged standards
- Manage sub-contractors to ensure all deadlines are met
