Job description:
- Work on domestic properties (social housing)
- Carry out a range of joinery work for the repairs team
- Carry out other duties.
- Working alongside various trades so must be able to work well within a team as well as alone.
- Any other duties as required.
- Adhering to health and safety regulations.
Person specification:
- CSCS card
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Must have joinery experience.
- Asbestos Awareness
- Manual Handling
- Working at Heights
- Abrasive Wheels
- Enhances DBS
