- Review legionella risk assessments, put forward costed action plans and oversee the delivery of works.
- Provide advice as necessary to the Head of Building Services in relation to property health & safety compliance
- Provide monthly reporting on KPIs.
Qualifications:
- Up to date Fire Risk Assessor
- Asbestos P402 & P405
- Legionella Responsible Person
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable evidence of improving and delivering a property related health & safety service.
You will also have practical knowledge on health & safety regulations.
Previous experience of working in a social housing environment is desired
