Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer

Prodrive Recruitment Consultants Ltd are recruiting for an experienced, multi-skilled Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineer to join our well-established clients based in Broadway, Worcestershire. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience working in a similar role and with experience in installation, service, maintenance and fault-finding across a variety of systems.

Main Responsibilities:

• Working on air conditioning systems - single splits, multi splits, VRV/VRF systems
• Working on Refrigeration systems - cellar coolers, cold rooms, display fridges and freezer rooms
• Installation and commissioning of new systems
• Servicing, fault finding and repairs to existing systems
• Ability to work across a mix of domestic, commercial and industrial sites
• Adhering strictly to company health and safety procedures at all times

Skills and Qualifications:

• F-Gas Certification - Essential
• NVQ Level 3 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning - Desirable but not essential
• Full UK driving licence (Essential)
• Experience with both service and installation work - 2 years minimum
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability
• Able to use iniative and work independently
• Good problem-solving skills
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Adaptable team player
