Introduction
Our client, a well-established and growing surveying and project management consultancy based in Cardiff, is looking to appoint a Trainee Quantity Surveyor to join their professional team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring Quantity Surveyor to begin or progress their career within a supportive consultancy environment, working across a varied portfolio of projects.
Key Duties
Assisting with cost planning, estimates, and budgets.
Supporting the preparation of tender documentation and procurement advice.
Helping with valuations, cost reports, and final accounts.
Liaising with clients, contractors, and consultants.
Gaining exposure to projects across multiple sectors.
Full training, mentoring, and structured career development will be provided, with clear progression opportunities.
Requirements
Currently completing a Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management degree, or
A recent Quantity Surveying graduate looking to start their professional career.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Good communication and organisational abilities.
A proactive and professional attitude.
Eligibility to work in the UK.
