Static Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Oxford Salary: Up to 41,900 The Role: A Facilities Management company seeks an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a static commercial site near Oxford. The role is Monday to Friday and focuses on performing PPMs and reactive works on all main electrical plant and equipment, managing site compliance, overseeing CAFM/logbook systems, and supervising subcontractors. Inclusion in a call-out rota is required. Key Requirements: Fully Electrically Qualified (NVQ L3/equivalent with AM2). 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations. 2391 Testing & Inspection (Highly desirable). Experience in commercial/occupied office environments. Must be able to obtain a DBS check . We are seeking an experienced 2391 Electrician with previous Repairs & Maintenance experience to start ASAP. The role will be responsible for carrying out reactive repairs and testing to properties on behalf of a housing association. The successful 2391 Electrician will be required to cover properties all over Ipswich, Hadleigh, Sudbury and Stowmarket.
