Project Manager Central Scotland

A dynamic manufacturing and installation organisation specialising in custom windows, doors, and living spaces products and services is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its growing social housing installations team.

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. The role requires strong leadership skills, excellent time management, and a thorough understanding of site management practices. The successful candidate will be proactive in problem-solving and committed to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key responsibilities:
  • Planning and managing labour, materials, and costs to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard

  • Conducting quality and safety audits in line with internal management systems

  • Driving continuous improvements in health and safety performance

  • Maintaining accurate site records, including daily logs, incident reports, and progress updates

  • Addressing issues or delays promptly to minimise disruption to project timelines

  • Delivering ongoing training to ensure installations meet required fitting standards

  • Coaching and mentoring colleagues to support continuous development

  • Working closely with the supply chain to improve quality, logistics, and productivity

About you:

You will be a Project Manager with strong people-management skills, confident leading from the front while also working collaboratively as part of a wider team. This role would suit someone from an operational, commercial, or people management background within the construction or building industry, with the flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
