Electrician - Power & Substation Works (Long-Term)
Location: North Wales / Liverpool / Chester
Rate: £24 per hour
Duration: Approx. 2 years

We are currently recruiting an experienced Electrician to join a long-term programme of power and substation works across North Wales, Liverpool and Chester. This Electrician role offers excellent long-term stability with up to two years of continuous work.

The Electrician will be working on substations and general power infrastructure projects, with the majority of work carried out outdoors. This Electrician position is ideal for someone comfortable working in all weather conditions and within a safety-critical environment.

There will be occasions where the Electrician is required to stay away from home all digs and travel will be provided.

Electrician duties include:

• Electrical installation works within substations
• Power infrastructure and associated containment
• Cable installation, support and termination assistance
• Working from drawings and specifications
• Maintaining high safety and quality standards

Electrician requirements:

• JIB Gold Card (essential)
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Previous power, infrastructure or substation experience preferred
• Happy to work outdoors
• Own tools and PPE

What the Electrician will receive:

• £24 per hour
• Long-term programme (approx. 2 years)
• Digs and travel provided when required
• Weekly pay
