Commercial Manager - Refurbishment Yeadon, Leeds £50,000 to £60,000 DOE + excellent benefits We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established refurbishment and fit-out specialist delivering high-quality projects across the commercial and public sectors. The business provides an end-to-end service, from initial design through to full installation. This role is a commercially focused, office-based position responsible for overseeing the financial and contractual performance of refurbishment projects. The position combines commercial oversight with hands-on Quantity Surveying responsibilities, ensuring projects remain commercially viable from tender stage through to final account.
