Senior Site Manager ( number 1)

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager with a proven background in high end housing.

This is an excellent opportunity to take full control of a prestigious development comprising 9 high spec apartments, each with values of circa £1m+.

As Senior Site Manager, you will act as the Number 1 on site, holding full responsibility for delivery from final stages through to handover, ensuring the project is completed on time, within programme, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site as Number 1

• Manage and coordinate all subcontractors and trades during the finishing stages

• Drive high-quality workmanship in line with luxury residential standards

• Ensure the project is delivered on programme and within agreed budgets

• Oversee quality control, snagging, and defect management through to completion

• Maintain excellent health & safety standards in line with company procedures

• Liaise closely with the Project Manager, consultants, and client representatives

• Coordinate inspections, certifications, and final handover documentation

• Maintain accurate site records, reports, and progress updates

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager / Site Manager on high-end residential or luxury apartment schemes

• Strong finishing experience on premium-quality projects

• SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid

• Excellent organisational and leadership skills

• Strong eye for detail and quality
