Strong understanding of marine construction methodologies, materials, and environmental considerations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project planning software. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications and contract documents. Exceptional numerical and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills to interact effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in dredging, pile driving, breakwaters, or similar marine infrastructure projects . Previous experience leading and mentoring junior estimators.
