Traffic Marshal / Gateman Construction Site
Location: Hailsham, East Sussex
Rate: £17.00 per hour
Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday Friday
Duration: Long-term, freelance role
We are currently seeking an experienced Traffic Marshal / Gateman for a long-term construction project in Hailsham, East Sussex.
Role Responsibilities:

Managing vehicle and pedestrian movements on site

Acting as gateman, controlling site access and egress

Ensuring site safety procedures are followed at all times

Communicating clearly with drivers, site staff, and visitors
Requirements:

Previous experience as a Traffic Marshal / Gateman

Valid CSCS Card
-
Valid Traffic Marshal / Banksman Ticket

Confident, reliable, and safety-focused individual
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
