Carry out fault-finding and wiring for central heating control systems, door entry systems, and warden call systems. Attend to breakdowns and urgent repairs, including participation in a call-out rota. Order parts and manage job schedules to ensure swift resolution of issues. Ensure compliance with industry standards, company procedures, and health & safety regulations. Use a hand-held device to log job details and updates. Engage with residents and clients, keeping them informed about work progress. Ensure PPE and equipment are in good working condition.
