Salary: 37- 42,000
A well-established, RIBA-registered architectural studio based in Essex is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgable Architect to become part of its friendly and collaborative team. The practice is widely recognised for producing thoughtful, design-led projects across the residential, retail, and commercial sectors, providing an excellent opportunity to work on meaningful, well-crafted schemes from concept through to completion.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with the design and development of projects across all RIBA stages in the role of Architect
Produce, coordinate, and manage technical drawings and detailed construction information
Support project delivery, including site visits and contract administration tasks
Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to help ensure projects run smoothly
Contribute to planning applications, feasibility studies, and design presentations
About You
ARB-registered Architect
Experience working within a UK-based architectural practice
Sound understanding of UK planning policy, building regulations, and construction methods
Strong design ability combined with solid technical expertise
Confident written and verbal communication skills
Reliable and proactive team player, comfortable working independently when required
