Position: Estimator Location: London Pay Rate: Negotiable Contract length: 6mths -12mths depending on performance with potential to extend The Role We're looking for an Estimator to support a tier 1 main contractor to deliver competitive, accurate and commercially robust pricing for tenders across projects typically ranging from 5m to 50m. Key Responsibilities: Lead the preparation and delivery of Cat B fit-out tenders within tight turnaround periods (typically 3-4 weeks). Produce accurate and robust cost plans aligned to customer requirements, scope and current market conditions. Carry out detailed measurement and pricing to SMM7 / NRM standards.
