Maintain and update BIM models throughout project lifecycles. Ensure all work complies with relevant industry standards and project requirements. Assist with clash detection and coordination within BIM environments. Requirements: Proven experience using Revit within a structural, construction, or engineering environment. Experience working with concrete structures, ideally precast concrete systems. Strong understanding of technical drawings and construction detailing. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within project teams. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Experience with BIM workflows and coordination is advantageous. Junior Architectural Technician London (Office Based) 25,000 - 30,000 Full Time, Permanent We are working exclusively with a specialist design and build contractor focused on mass timber construction, delivering beautifully crafted buildings using Cross Laminated Timber (CLT), Glulam and other engineered timber systems. Due to continued growth, they are looking to bring in a Junior Architectural Technician who has a genuine passion for timber construction and wants to develop their career within a technically driven design environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to learn the technical side of design, detailing and fabrication, while also gaining exposure to the commercial and delivery aspects of projects.
