Our client who design manufacture and install a specialist roofing system for the house building sector are in the market for a Contracts Manager to join their busy team. The role would be looking after the North East region. The successful candidate will be the point of contact for Site Managers, monitoring progress and supervising the Projects in line with the build programme. What will the role involve? Other elements of the role will include supervising the installation team and giving guidance and expert advice where needed. You will be required to collaborate with other departments to ensure project specification is correct. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all operational records are kept up to date and accurate as well as liasing with clients to identify and define project requirements and scope. We are looking for someone who is capable of identifying, managing and developing resources for maximum performance in this varied and challenging role. Being well-versed in the installation methodologies and procedures you will be able to coordinate a team of professionals to achieve the best results in a timely and efficient manner. You must have some experience of working for a house builder as a Site Manager or Assistant Site Manager and will ideally have some joinery background but this isn’t essential
