About your new role:

We re looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our growing commercial team, delivering high-quality CAT A and CAT B fit out & refurbishment projects across London.

This is a great opportunity to work on fast-paced, design-led commercial interiors projects, collaborating closely with clients, designers, and delivery teams from pre-construction through to final account.

Duties for the Quantity Surveyor:

As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the commercial management of multiple fit out and refurbishment projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities include:

• Cost planning, budgeting, and cash flow management
• Preparation and management of subcontract packages
• Procurement, valuations, and cost reporting
• Change control, variations, and final accounts
• Supporting project teams through all commercial aspects of delivery
• Liaising with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners

Requirements for the Quantity Surveyor:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within CAT A / CAT B fit out or refurbishment
• Strong commercial awareness and contractual knowledge
• Confident communicator with a proactive approach
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• London-based or willing to commute
