Installation Technician

Prodrive Recruitment Ltd are seeking a Trainee Installation Technician to work with their well-established local client. This role would suit someone with a "Trade" background looking to re-train in another field or someone with experience in Insulation Installation.

Full clean UK Driving Licence - Essential.

(Please note - this role may involve some nights away).

Main Responsibilities:

Practical Installation train to carry out the following duties under the supervision of the Lead Installation Technician and the Operations Director

• Undertake all duties in accordance with the Company s training programme
• Undertake all aspects of the blown insulation installation cycle
• Conduct surveys at both domestic and commercial sites, as required
• Adhere to all company Health and Safety Procedures
• Safely drive company vehicles to various locations within the UK, strictly adhering to speed limits and the Highway Code
• Set up machinery and materials on site safely and correctly
• Safe and effective installation of blown materials into building voids on both domestic and commercial sites using machinery provided and quality checks
• Completion of job report forms and submissions of form to the office
• Ensure all sites remain clean, tidy, and free from obstructions at all time.

The Person:

• Must hold a full clean UK Driver's Licence
• Holder of a current CSCS card an advantage but not essential
• Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Good time keeper
• A flexible team player

Hours of work: Full time 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday
