With a particular immediate focus on new-build leisure centres for David Lloyds. Key Duties: Leading and managing bids (as required). Ensuring compliance with RMS Bid Management processes. Managing Estimators, Assistant Estimators and Trainee Estimators as required. Coach, mentor and assist with training junior staff to support development Deliver core services on project bids.
