Woodcote Parish Council is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of a flat roof replacement project for the Village Hall. Manage architects (any design work that may be needed) and engineers to ensure roof design supports phased construction, temporary works, and safe continued use of the hall.

Oversee design development to ensure buildability, safety, cost control, and minimal service disruption.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate experience in managing one site or a section of a larger site as part of a wider team, including safety, health, environmental, quality, programme, resource, commercial and contractual aspects. The successful candidate may have to travel throughout the UK. Your new role Working on the largest highways project in the region involving a new 10 mile dual carriageway, we are looking for a Section Engineer to join the project team with a particular focus on Structures.As Section Engineer they require you to effectively and professionally monitor and supervise site works including subcontract packages. Delivered in accordance with company procedures, programme requirements and project specifications.
