The On-Site Group are looking for a Painter in the London area to start Monday 27th July.
Job Purpose:
To undertake general maintenance of the paintwork across the site and to respond quickly to ad-hoc maintenance requests. The painters work is always of the highest standard and contributes towards the site remaining attractive for owners, residents and visitors.
Principal Accountabilities:
Operational Duties
Painting as directed the interior and exterior of areas.
Repairing any damage to walls and filling in small cracks/holes.
Repairing damage to wallpaper.
Carrying out any ad-hoc maintenance requests.
Ensuring that materials are kept in excellent condition and that paint brushes and other equipment are fully cleaned and store appropriately after use.Customer Service
Respond to emergencies and requests for service within the designated timeframes.
To ensure that clients are subjected to minimum disruptions whist work is carried out.
To ensure that painted areas are clearly marked 'wet paint' and if appropriate cordoned off.
Ensuring that any paintwork meets the specifications given either by client or supervisor.

* Responsible for painting / coating inspection.
* Undertake QC painting / coating activities in the work place for daily basis.
* Monitor weather condition for surface preparation and painting / coating application.
* Prepare “inspection & test plan” (ITP) for specific project / company requirements/ surface preparation and painting / coating procedure.
* Execute Painting / coating inspection work as per company / project inspection test plan.
* To check and monitor all painting / coating related works and ensure all final products meet in accordance with company procedure, client requirement and international codes.
* Responsible for incoming coating / painting material inspection and has to ensure whether these materials suits to meets the requirements of project specifications.
* Prepare all necessary QA / QC painting / coating documents and handed over to clients review.
* Co-ordinate with the paint manufacturer technical representative.
Travel between sites will be required, where a van is provided when working away/long distances from home. Overtime paid on hours over basic - OTE up to £55k throughout the year. The company is also offering:
