The Role The Design Manager will be responsible for delivering high-rise residential and mixed-use developments in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the design process from tender through to project completion, ensuring designs are compliant, buildable, and delivered in line with programme, cost, and quality objectives.
