Our clients based close to Havant have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager with Firestopping experience to join their growing team. As a Firestopping Project Manager, you will manage the delivery of passive fire protection and firestopping projects across a variety of construction sites. You will ensure all works meet fire safety regulations, manufacturer requirements, and third-party accreditation standards. The role requires technical expertise in firestopping solutions, strong project management capability, and the confidence to manage pricing, quoting, and commercial control. You will oversee projects from initial survey and quotation through to installation, certification, and final handover. Required skills & experience: Project Leadership • Manage end-to-end delivery of firestopping projects from initiation through to completion. • Lead site teams and firestopping installers to deliver compliant, safe and timely installations. Assist the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the project Coordinate subcontractors and monitor site activities Ensure health & safety procedures are followed on site Maintain site records including permits, RAMS and compliance documents Carry out photographic progress reporting and general site documentation Assist with materials deliveries and site logistics Maintain clear communication with the site management team and subcontractors Candidate Requirements Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager on construction projects Experience on cladding, façade remediation or retrofit projects essential Strong understanding of health & safety and site compliance Experience managing subcontractors and site documentation Strong organisational and communication skills SMSTS (5 Day) or SSSTS CSCS Card First Aid at Work Application & Rewards: You'll receive a competitive rate of £26 per hour, paid a minimum of 8.5 hours per day. Saturday work is also available, finishing at 1pm but paid 8.5 Hours.
