Job Title: Plumber/Multi Trader - Temp to Perm

Area: North London

Pay: £38,000

Role: Social Housing Maintenance Operative

Nuco Solutions are looking for an experienced social housing Multi Trader to work with their client in and around North London. Van and fuel card provided.

Duties will include:

• Plumbing
• Carpentry
• Plastering
• Tiling
• Floor laying
• Kitchen and Bathroom fitting
• Painting and decorating

Requirements:

• Wide variety of trades experience
• Social housing experience
• Voids experience
• Experience of working as part of a team to meet targets
• Full UK Driving Licence
