Salary : up to £75k DOE and location + 10% bonus + fantastic benefits - Compliance & Standards: Maintain compliance with UK healthcare property regulations and statutory requirements Proven experience in property integration within a healthcare environment Strong understanding of building infrastructure and clinical equipment requirements Knowledge of UK compliance standards, building regulations and healthcare-specific statutory requirements Experience in contractor management and project delivery within complex environments Ability to work nationally and manage multiple projects concurrently Membership of a relevant professional body (e.g., IWFM, RICS, IHEEM) Ability to lead, influence and drive integration projects across multiple teamsOur benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
