Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a high-performing team in Helsinki, Finland on a prestigious, high-profile project. Successful candidates will possess extensive mission-critical experience and be confident operating within demanding live environments. Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all on-site electrical works, ensuring compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project timelines.

  • Coordinate and manage electrical subcontractors and direct labour teams.

  • Ensure strict adherence to Health & Safety regulations at all times.

  • Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.

  • Safely manage works within live environments, ensuring client systems remain operational during construction activities.

  • Maintain a strong understanding of company policies and foster effective working relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.

Requirements:

  • A qualified electrical tradesperson with 5 10 years experience supervising large installation teams and subcontractors.

  • Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and best practices.

  • Proven experience working with both electrical and mechanical systems.

  • Competent with relevant software and digital systems.
