Quantity Surveyor - The Role The appointed Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for delivering full cost consultancy services across a variety of new build and refurbishment schemes. You'll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage cost plans, procurement, and contract administration duties. The Quantity Surveyor will also play a key role in ensuring value for money, cost transparency, and programme alignment throughout the lifecycle of each project.
