Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are working with a well-established and leading specialist joinery subcontractor delivering luxury commercial, education and leisure projects across the UK. The business has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, design-led joinery packages on complex and prestigious schemes.

The company works with leading clients and tier one main contractors nationwide and has a growing portfolio of secured work, including projects in London. Travel to London will be required as part of the role.

• Commercial management of multiple specialist joinery packages from pre-construction through to final account.

• Preparation, submission, and agreement of monthly valuations, variations, and final accounts.

• Providing commercial support to project and site teams to ensure cost control and margin protection.

• Assisting with procurement strategy, subcontractor management, and commercial input throughout project delivery.

• Producing accurate cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and financial updates aligned with project progress.

• Supporting and mentoring QS team members, promoting consistent commercial best practice.

• Liaising with clients, main contractors, and consultants on all commercial matters.

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor within joinery or fit out/refurb

• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge with experience managing multiple projects.

• Confident communicator with the ability to work effectively with clients, main contractors, and internal teams.

• Well organised, commercially aware, and detail focused.

• Willingness to travel to projects across the UK, including London.
