Assistant Site Manager - High Specification Developer

Our client are a leading high specification developer building some of the finest new homes in the UK and due to their continued growth are now seeking an Assistant Site Manager for a new development they have in the Princes Risborough area. With a real emphasis on quality they are extremely proud of the homes they produce and are looking to employ an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join the management team at this development and help with the day to day running of the project.

To be considered for the position you will need to have a good understanding of Health and Safety procedures and legislation applicable to the residential development industry, as well as ideally having experience of Traditional Construction and Timber Frame construction methods.

Other experience and key attributes necessary will be:

• Knowledge of project reporting and site planning
• Be able to demonstrate good management of sub-contractors and make sure all works are completed to the highest standards
• Experience and knowledge of Construction Quality and Compliance requirements.
• Experience of engaging and consulting with contract surveyors, sub-contractors and relevant partners/stakeholder to work collaboratively to deliver the project
