Apex Resources are looking for an Electrical Contracts Manager to work for a Hertfordshire based client and cover London sites.
Roles and requirement of a contract manager:
- Running two contracts normally 1 Large and 1 small .
- Reading and understanding of the specification for the electrical requirements for their allocated jobs/sites.
- Attend site once/twice a week for site meetings the remaining days in the office.
- Liaise with client-based site team in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage labour levels and materials.
- Basic I.T skills essential on the use of for example Excel, Word, Outlook, a-site, BIM360, Autodesk CAD 3D modelling.
- Previous experience on running contracts from 1Million - 5Million essential.
