Traffic Marshall - Banksman

We are looking for a Traffic Marshall for long term works on a housing development site in Hemel Hempstead.

HOURLY RATE : £19 per hour - CIS

LOCATION : Hemel Hempstead

DATE COMMENCING : Monday 19th January 2026

LENGTH OF CONTRACT : ongoing works, could be up to 12 months works

HOURS OF WORK :
7:30am - 4:30pm
Book 9)hours per day

JOB DESCRIPTION : Traffic Marshall, Banksman - housing development

As the Traffic Marshall, you will required to bank all vehicles on and off site. You will also need to jet wash the wheels of every vehicle to keep the surrounding roads clear of mud. You must have experience in doing this.

PPE - Oranges
Previously used a jet wash

Reliable - able to work the 45 hours per week, every week
Can communicate clearly with those already on site, and those visiting site
