This role is essential for maintaining building plant, equipment, and systems for a high-profile commercial contract across the UK South (Windsor) region. Role Overview Job Type: Temporary. Technical Testing: C&G 2391 Test and Inspection certification. PPM Delivery: Previous experience working with structured PPM delivery systems and CAFM platforms. Essential Skills: A good basic education with strong written and spoken English and basic mathematical skills. Physical & Operational Requirements Flexibility: Must be available for a call-out rota, weekend work, and out-of-hours tasks as required. Physical Fitness: Able to work at height, on roofs, and carry tools/components up to 20kg.
