Site Manager - Planned works

Construction Resource are excited to be supporting a reputable private housing company in their search for a dedicated Permanent Site Manager - Planned Works. This role is based in the North West and offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to join a well-established organisation committed to delivering high-quality residential projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing planned works on sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Our client values a proactive approach as well as strong communication skills to effectively manage both the workforce and stakeholders across multiple sites.

• Manage and oversee planned housing repair and refurbishment projects on-site.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Implement and monitor health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Schedule and supervise day-to-day activities, ensuring project timelines are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections, ensuring quality standards compliance.
• Manage site paperwork, including progress reports and snag lists.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Proven experience as a Site Manager, specifically planned works projects.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders.
• Valid relevant certifications (SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS card) are preferred.
