Reinstatement Supervisor

Reinstatement Supervisor - Permanent - Central Scotland
An established organisation is seeking a Reinstatement Supervisor to oversee reinstatement works on a permanent basis, ensuring they are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality.
Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Lead, coach, and manage multiple reinstatement teams
• 
  Attend site meetings and liaise with relevant authorities to ensure works are planned effectively, including labour, plant, and materials
• 
  Manage programmes proactively to minimise disruption and avoid preventable issues
• 
  Reduce S74 charges, defects, and interim reinstatements
• 
  Support and manage employee training and development
• 
  Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental legislation
• 
  Drive continuous improvement and encourage innovative working practices

Skills & Experience:

• 
  Previous supervisory experience within the construction industry
• 
  Strong communication and organisational skills with sound decision-making ability
• 
  Full UK driving licence
