We re looking for a skilled Builder / Handyman with strengths in painting, plumbing, and tiling to join our team on a self-employed basis. This full-time role suits a versatile professional working across Notting Hill, Kensington and Chelsea, and nearby areas.

About the Handyman Role

You ll carry out a wide range of maintenance and refurbishment tasks, including:

• Handyman

• Painting & decorating

• Bathroom and kitchen works

• Sash window repairs

• Carpentry and joinery

• Basic plumbing and electrical repairs

• Flooring and glazing

• Door and fire-door installations

• Fence and gutter repairs

We don t expect every skill your core strengths will shape the jobs you take on.

What You ll Bring

• Strong handyman skills, especially painting, tiling, carpentry, plastering, and basic plumbing/electrics

• A neat, methodical approach and pride in your work

• Ability to diagnose and resolve issues independently

• Clear, respectful communication

• Self-employed with your own vehicle and tools
